- The Walkabout: For dogs who love leash walks, two extra leash walks along our grassy paths.
- Special Needs: For dogs with health conditions that require special care. The veterinarian will personally monitor your pet’s condition every day.

- Extra-large single or double enclosures with a shelf for your cat to perch and watch the world
- Cushioned cat beds
- Cat toys, ball, and bells
- Plenty of windows for your cat's viewing pleasure
- Fresh catnip from our garden (subject to seasonal availability)
- Freedom to leave their enclosure to roam around the “Hotel"

We have ample room for our animal guests and are able to accommodate several animals at once, provided you give sufficient notice.
- How much does pet boarding cost?
Boarding fees vary based on how long your pet will be with us, their size, and any special medical requirements. We welcome you to get in touch to learn more about our affordable and competitive pricing.
- When should I drop off and pick up my pet?
All pets must be dropped off or picked up during regular office hours. We highly recommend making reservations, especially for holidays and summer weekends. Note: All boarding reservations for holiday and peak times must be confirmed via credit card. A cancellation fee will be charged for reservations not canceled within 5 days of booking.
- What do I pack for my pet's stay?
Food: We provide high-quality food for our guests, but please feel free to bring enough of the food that your pet eats at home, with enough to last the duration of their stay.
Medication: If your pet requires any medication, please bring it so that our staff can administer it to your pet as needed.
Toys: If your pet has a favorite toy or two, pack those too!
- Will my pet receive their medication?
We administer your pet's medications while they are with us.
- How do I know how my pet is doing?
Please feel free to call us during your pet's stay for updates. If there is a problem, we will be in touch with you via the emergency contact information you provide.
- How should I prepare for my pet's stay?
Each animal is different. To prepare for your pet's stay with us, we'll take the following steps to ensure that we can meet their unique needs.
Step 1: Contact us to get started
Call us to book, and to discuss details about your pet and your boarding needs. A member of our team will be happy to coordinate your booking.

Step 2: Get to know us
We want to be sure that we are a good fit for your pet before an extended stay. We will learn about your pet's temperament, unique personality, any special care they may need and so much more! Please contact us for more information.
Step 3: Set your pet up for success
On the day you drop your pet off with us, there are some steps you can take to help the transition smooth for your pet.
Spend some extra time with your pet beforehand, and make sure they get some vigorous exercise so that they are feeling calm. When you drop them off with us, stay calm, cheerful, and confident during the separation.
- What about pets that don't have their own food?
Our animal guests not on specialty diets can be fed high-quality pet food appropriate for the size and breed of your pet. Please note that an additional fee may apply.
